Who answers
MythStride is developed and published by MythStride Studio. Support is handled by email at contato@playmythstride.com, in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
Account and access
For account or beta-access questions, write to us with the email linked to your account and a description of the issue. Never send your password, verification codes, or confirmation links.
Runs and progression
If an activity does not appear as expected, include the approximate date, the device used, and a description of what happened. Avoid sending unnecessary personal data.
Privacy and data
Requests for access, correction, a copy of your data, or account deletion can be sent to the same address. We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity before acting.
Account deletion
Account deletion has its own page, usable without the app installed, with email verification.
Community and reports
Behavior that breaks the Community Guidelines can be reported in the app or by email, describing what happened and when.
