The service and who provides it

MythStride is a running game with RPG progression offered by MythStride Studio. It turns running activities you record into progression, quests, battles, achievements, and community features.

MythStride is entertainment built around physical activity. It is not a medical, professional-coaching, or emergency service.

Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account, joining the beta, or using MythStride services, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Community Guidelines.

The service is intended for people aged 18 or older. Closed beta access may depend on invitation, region, technical compatibility, and available places.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the activity carried out through your account. Never share passwords, verification codes, or confirmation links.

The information you provide at signup must be truthful. An account belongs to one person and may not be sold, transferred, or shared.

Physical activity and personal safety

Running carries risk. You are responsible for assessing your health, the environment, traffic, weather, and your safety during any activity.

MythStride does not replace medical or professional advice and does not guarantee physical or performance results. Never use the app in a way that compromises your attention to your surroundings.

How game features work

Progression depends on activities the service considers eligible. Distance, duration, pace, and other metrics are validated by our systems before generating rewards.

Balancing rules, rewards, events, and content may change to preserve the stability, integrity, and quality of the experience.

Integrity and acceptable use

You may not manipulate location, simulate or automate activities, exploit defects, alter data, cheat rewards, use unauthorized tools, or interfere with the operation of the service.

Content, names, images, and interactions must respect the Community Guidelines. Harassment, hate speech, impersonation, and illegal content are not allowed.

Items, currency, and game economy

Gold, diamonds, items, equipment, and other virtual elements exist only inside MythStride, are tied to your account, and represent a limited licence to use them within the game.

They are not money, an investment, or a redeemable asset, have no monetary value outside the service, and cannot be converted into money, transferred, or traded outside MythStride.

Real-money purchases are not available in this version. If they are offered later, the applicable conditions will be published beforehand.

External services

Some features depend on third-party services, such as Google account sign-in and the optional Strava integration. Using those services is subject to the terms and policies of each provider.

We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of those services, and you can disconnect them at any time.

Aethron and automatically generated content

Aethron produces narrative content using artificial intelligence. That content may contain errors or inaccuracies and is part of MythStride's fiction.

It is not medical, coaching, legal, or emergency advice and must not be used as such.

Service availability

MythStride is in closed beta and is provided as is. Interruptions, maintenance, temporary loss of functionality, and feature changes may occur.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. When a change matters to players, we will announce it through MythStride channels.

Intellectual property

MythStride, Elyndor, Aethron, characters, visual elements, text, music, software, and other service content are protected and remain the property of their respective owners.

These Terms grant only a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the service. You keep the rights to content you upload and authorize us to use it solely to operate the features where it appears.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts for breaches of these Terms or the Community Guidelines, fraud, security risk, or abuse, according to severity and recurrence.

You may close your account at any time through the account deletion page or from inside the app.

Account deletion and its effects

Deletion removes your account and the data linked to it, as described on the deletion page and in the Privacy Policy.

Progress, inventory, gold, diamonds, and achievements are lost and cannot be recovered, restored, or converted into any value.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for damages arising from unavailability, loss of progress, misuse of your account by third parties, or decisions made based on automatically generated content.

Nothing in these Terms removes the rights that Brazilian law grants consumers on a mandatory basis.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in the service or legal requirements. When a change is relevant, we will announce it before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date indicates agreement with the updated version.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without removing mandatory user rights.

Effective date
